Then, find the groove to align the new barrel into place and slide down, and twist the top of the barrel to secure and tighten. If your SupraCurl isn’t hot, you’d just follow the same process — you just won’t need the heat protectant glove.

The heat setting to use will depend on your hair type and desired style. The temperature range of the curling iron is 320°F-410°F, so it is best to start at a lower temperature and increase as needed.
